Hey There,

My name is Eric Roberts, and I am the owner, operator, and main contributor to this site. While the topics on this site are varied, I mainly focus on subjects relating to strength training, fat loss, and performance based fitness.

If you’re interested in gaining strength, losing extra body fat, and performing better in and out of the gym, you’ve found a resource to do that.

For those who want to know more about me, I am a fitness coach based in Northern Virginia. 

I take a tremendous amount of pride in putting my blood, sweat, and tears into the people I work with everyday.

I’m the guy who blasts rap music riding through the grocery store parking lot, but then gets out to help you unload your groceries. Stemming from my dad, I have a crazy obsession for sports, Maryland Basketball in particular. My two amazing parents and my brother are why I consider myself the luckiest human in the world everyday I wake up.

I might not know who you are, but if you are looking for fitness secrets or anything related to a sweat belt, I’m the wrong guy for you.

What you will find though, is real, practical, and research based information that can not only help reach your fitness goals, but keep them for the rest of your life.

My approach to fitness is very straight forward. No Bullshit. You will be reminded you have to work hard. You have to be consistent. You have to put in effort. And it will take time. 

While at the same time, I view fitness as much more than just picking things up and putting them down, calorie counting, and sweet 6 packs, bro.

The mentality change it can provide someone. The perspective that can be achieved. The work ethic it can instill. The dedication/patience it can make someone realize they have. The overall feeling of knowing there is nothing you cannot achieve, so as long as you are willing to put in the work, is something that truly keeps me coming back for more.
