PERSONAL BACKGROUND & THINGS I LOVE ABOUT COACHING:
Born in Denmark, raised in Scotland, and immigrated to the US after I graduated college, I’ve had an absolute blast building a life and raising a family here. Now I’m having a blast seeing other people reaching their health and fitness goals in their life. The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing that light of understanding and pride in themselves start to come on in a client’s eyes, often after years of struggle, especially around nutrition and how they view themselves. That will never get old and will always be what drives me to help someone.

TIME WITH ERF:
6+ years under the wise, yet argumentative guidance of Eric 😉 3 years as an official ERF Coach as of 2021

AREAS OF EXPERTISE/COACHING FOCUS:
Health & fitness mindset, nutrition & lifestyle balance for longevity and sustainability, women’s focus through all major life events – pregnancy through menopause, cardio/sport + strength conditioning

PROUDEST MOMENTS/PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:
4th Degree Taekwondo Black Belt and competitor, so many race moments but the proudest being completing my first marathon as well as being an Ultra Ragnar finisher, plus several Sprint Triathlons despite being the worst swimmer in the world. Being a small part of building the #1 coaching program in the world (yes, I’m biased) Successfully raised two amazing humans despite many life challenges along the way, who have seen
that while it won’t always be perfect it’s never too late to do the thing you always wanted to do and that growth and change in life is good, no matter how uncomfortable it makes you.

HOBBIES:
Sitting with good and authentic friends in a coffee shop for hours, going for long walks, laughing until my cheeks hurt, reading ALL the books, watching MMA and pretending I’m in the ring – preferably winning

Inches Lost – 13

Weight Lost – NONE! Body Recomp!

One main thing I was worried about before we began coaching together was definitely my confidence! I basically had very little confidence in all aspects of this journey!

My appearance, new exercises, execution & proper form, recording work outs, showing up to the gym in general- this was all a massive issue for me at this point! Essentially, I was super concerned that my lack of confidence would leave me with gym anxiety & cause me to flake out – as it had done many times in the past!

Three things that I have learnt & discovered about myself throughout this journey with coach Linda would for sure be my newfound confidence! Internally, physically & especially with trainings! Instead of dodging challenges, I now welcome them!

Another would be my mentality when approaching trainings. Before Linda, I would literally find any excuse to avoid the gym! Now, I’m intentionally going out of my way to train & would happily prioritize it because I’m loving what I do.

One last thing would be the importance of having a good amount of protein in your diet!! That stuff is literally FIRE & works more wonders than known!

I’ll forever be grateful for coach Linda & everything that this coaching journey has taught me, can’t wait to see how far we go! ❤️❤️

LETS GOOOOO!!!!

“I was really inspired to start this journey because I’m determined to teach my baby how to live a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia and a craving to be smaller my whole life.  I’ve constantly dieted – so much so, that I’d become known for my diets at work.

I never want to pass along my insecurities around food, weight, or body shape to my baby. I’ve learned it’s all about feeling your best and that it doesn’t have to be overly complicated.

As someone who has tried it all, this was an amazing “ah-ha” moment for me. Being able to lift heavy makes me feel like a badass Momma.

I was worried about sharing my past history with you – the vulnerable side of me wanted to keep it hidden, but you’ve been absolutely amazing and so understanding.

I knew I was hoping to have kids in the near future when we started working together and I LOVED how you embraced that.  Plus, having been through it yourself made me feel so confident in you.  You’ve been the greatest cheerleader I could have asked for.

Three things I’ve learned:

1. Fad diets will never work.  Learning the basics will get you so much farther – how does the body truly work (calories, macros, lifting, etc.).  If people aren’t teaching you something as you work with them and it sounds too good to be true – it is!

2. Movement will make you feel your absolute best – whether that’s a walk, a strength workout, or yoga, moving your body goes such a long way.

3. Trying something new is powerful.  I never thought I would love certain exercises (looking at you deadlifts) until I tried and now I love them! This is something that applies outside the gym too.

Ask for what you need – you matter.”

“Working with Coach Linda is like finding a unicorn in a sea or horses. The level of confidence she gives you as a coach is outstanding. She is my biggest hype person, but she’s not afraid to tell you how it is, Thats what I needed in a coach. She talks to you like an actual human being and not as dollar signs.

When I hit my lowest of lows with my first shoulder surgery, she didn’t bail on me and tell me oh once recovered we can pick back up. She hopped on a one-on-one call with me, and we spent the next 45 min to an hour going over what I needed and what we could do to help me get through it. Then with this Second shoulder surgery she did the exact same thing.

I cannot thank her enough for sticking with me through it all and being the light in all the things I needed. When she says she’s there for you she really is I consider her more like family than a coach. She helped me loose 50 plus pounds and gain confidence in some of the exercises that I was scared to do.

Linda is like your boxing coach and will never leave your corner until you are ready. If you are on the fence to do one on one coaching full send it, what are you going to lose? I want to say thank you to Linda for being the person you are and please don’t change you are amazing, and I love you.”
