I am deeply passionate about wellness and truly enjoy guiding people towards reaching their true potential.
I specialize in fat loss and muscle building, as well as finding a sustainable approach that is cultivated through healthy habit formation.
I wholeheartedly believe every food can have a place in a balanced diet. With the proper education, support, accountability, guidance, and dozens of tips and tricks – I will get you on the road to crushing your goals!
My own health and fitness journey began in my early 30’s when I was fortunate enough to meet Eric Roberts and train with him in person. He opened my eyes to the countless benefits of strength training. I learned to stop thinking of exercise as a way to burn calories and started a moderate calorie deficit to lose fat.
My focus shifted to getting stronger, building confidence, and building my body up – which is what I want to do for you too!
As I approach 40 years old, I am in the best shape of my life. I am 80 lbs lighter than I was a decade ago, I lift heavy weights 4 times a week and compete in powerlifting competitions, I eat vegetables and cookies and salads and french fries. My energy is endless and I feel healthy and strong!
My ultimate goal is to help others overcome their perceived roadblocks and discover similar solutions. No two people walk the exact same path, and that’s OK! I’m here with you every step of the way to help you find the nutrition style and exercise plan that fits into your lifestyle and that you enjoy!
