ERF 042: Mindful Eating Checklist

In this episode I give you a checklist you can run through if 

  • You eat when you’re bored
  • You eat when you are stressed
  • You eat when you are emotional
  • You eat when you are always on the go / moving around
  • You SNACK like a mad man

This checklist will go over how you can practice mindful eating, and make sure you don’t look up 1000 calories of chips later!
