In this episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast I talk about a workout mistake I see a ton of people making and that is doing nothing but random exercises they see on instagram and tik tok.
I am sorry to announce to you that the influencer you see doing that random 1 leg side leg press for their glutes did not achieve their glutes by doing that exercise.
There is a reason the basics are the basics, they work.
You do not need a buffet of exercises to see progress, you are making it more complicated than it has to be.
Get a plan, follow it for 4-8 weeks, track progress, switch it up, and do it again.
