In this episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast I cove my checklist of 5 things you need to run through to ensure you see success with your new years resolutions

  1. Is it sustainable past 6 months?
  2. Is it something you will enjoy?
  3. Have you made your goals real?
  4. Are you putting your blinders on?
  5. Are you ready, willing, and able to make a change?

If you run through this checklist and can give yourself a high score to all of them, then you will put yourself in a great position to succeed.
