ERF 535: You’re Going To Have To Suffer

I’m not talking about eating 1000 calories per day and only chicken & broccoli.

I’m not talking about doing 2hrs of fasted cardio a day or a million burpees.

But there will be some sacrifice involved in your journey if you to reach the goals you want to reach.
