How Much Does It Cost?

If you were to hire a 1:1 personal trainer in a gym, it would cost you anywhere from $300-800 USD / month.

FAQs

Will This Be 1:1 Coaching?

You will get a workout program that is pre written but personalized to your experience level and goals. You will also get personalized calories, macros, and a meal plan customized to you.

Communication will be via our Members Only Facebook Group or our dedicated Clubhouse Members only email.

What Equipment Do I Need?

All of our workouts are “gym based” but we offer alternatives for dumbbells and resistance bands. If you have those 2 things, you can complete any of our workouts!

How Long Are The Workouts?

Our workouts are 3-4 days per week for anywhere between 15-75 minutes.

When you join, you will be able to pick how long you have to workout and we will recommend a program to you based off of that and your other goals!

Will Eric Be My Coach?

Inside of the Clubhouse I have myself and 6 other coaches on my team. You don’t get assigned “A coach”, you get all of our coaches on our team to help you out!

How Customized Are Nutrition Guidelines?

We have a questionnaire you fill out for your nutrition to create personalized calories, macros, and a meal plan based on foods you enjoy, your schedule, etc.

Do I Need Facebook To Join?

No, you don’t “need” facebook. Our community is inside of a private members only facebook group where we answer questions, interact, hold each other accountable, but you don’t “need” to join. You will still gain access to our members only Clubhouse email to access our coaches!

What’s The Minimum Commitment?

The minimum commitment is 3 months.

How Do I Cancel My Plan?

To cancel, you’d just need to head inside the app and cancel before your 3 month renewal comes up!

What If I Only Want To Commit For A Month?

I’d make a lot more money if I allowed people to sign up for a month. The reason we do a minimum 3 month commitment is so that YOU can see the best progress.

You & I both know you can’t see that much change in a months time. We care about your results, not just your money.
